In the formulation we used detergents instead of solvents, and special micro beads that are effective yet safe on the skin. We balanced 3 forms of energy, chemical, thermal, and physical, to remove dyes, grease, and dirt. Directions:
Wet hands, apply 1/2 teaspoon of OptiSafe Hand Cleaner, Rub hands together well, then rinse with water (Warm water is recommended for optimal results).
