• Description:
Two to three second dipping process for plastic CR-39T lenses. Scratch Guard produces a microscopic film with desirable properties for eyeglasses.
• Specifications:
The material is packaged in quart and gallon sized
containers. Store in a cool area at a temperature below
90°F (32°C)
(Shipping weight per quart is approximately
2 lbs).
Shelf life: 4 months.
• Directions:
Scratch Guard treatment is always done as a final step. If
the lens needs to be tinted, or UV treated, then do the UV
treatment first followed by the tinting process, then by the
Scratch Guard treatment. One quart will treat 200 pairs of
lenses
